A.MANNESMANN MASCHINENFABRIK GmbH specializes in manufacturing geometrically challenging, high-precision machine elements such as spindles and spindle sets for the drilling industry, ball screw drives for mechanical engineering, and innovative telescopic feed units, all for technologically demanding applications.
Founded in 1796, our company with around 140 employees manufactures components with a high slenderness ratio up to 15 meters in length. The unit of measurement for manufacturing tolerances – even with large dimensions – is the µm (micrometer).
The accuracy of our products is recognized as expertise in their respective customer markets.
Since October 2017, A.MANNESMANN MASCHINENFABRIK GmbH has been part of the globally active Schneeberger Group, headquartered in Switzerland.
We are looking for a Senior IT Administrator (m/f/d) as soon as possible!
Your Tasks:
Administration of the following areas: IT infrastructure, 1st level support, Windows Server, Windows Client, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network environment, virtualization, printers, ERP system proALPHA
Perform deputy helpdesk activities
Further develop the system and network structure
Install and maintain backups of MS servers, IT end devices, and applications including the corresponding databases in the commercial and production environments
Manage license administration, maintain contact with service providers, and act as a contact person for IT security and data protection
Support our ERP system proALPHA, including permission allocation and interfaces to sub-systems
Participate in international IT projects and meetings of the global IT organization
Your Profile:
Completed studies in computer science or training as an IT specialist for system integration
At least 3 years of professional experience
Experience in the Microsoft Cloud area (Microsoft 365) required
Knowledge of Microsoft certifications in the client and server environment
Solid experience with ERP systems, proALPHA knowledge desired
Knowledge of network technology and IT security
Independent, quality- and goal-oriented work style
Willingness for continuous further education
Good German and English language skills
