This breakthrough technology ensures unparalleled accuracy and efficiency in a variety of applications.

Schneeberger offers a comprehensive range of slide tables tailored to meet diverse industrial and technical requirements. Whether you're in need of different sizes, load capacities, or precision levels, our portfolio is equipped to accommodate your specific needs. Each product in our lineup is a testament to our commitment to quality, designed to enhance performance and reliability across various sectors.

Type NE linear table
The top and bottom part of the NE lineartable are closely spaced to prevent dirt penetration, featuring a closed design in all sizes. Equipped with Type R longitudinal guideways, they support movement in all directions. Threaded fastening holes come standard on both the top and bottom parts. Constructed from aluminum for the table parts and stainless steel for the linear guideways, this design ensures durability and precision.

Type ND
Applications requiring high accuracies are well-served by the Type ND micro frictionless tables. They feature top and bottom parts of equal length, with the bottom part fully hardened and designed as a double prism. Available in three sizes, Type ND is offered as a single-axis version constructed from steel. Equipped with Type AC roller cages, these tables can be utilized both horizontally and vertically. Optimal accuracies are attainable with lengths ranging from 25 to 155 mm and strokes from 12 to 90 mm. For environments with less dirt sensitivity and a need for lower load carrying capacity, a special version featuring the Type AK ball cage is also available.

Type NDN
The Type NDN micro frictionless table is made up of four primary components: the top and bottom parts made of stainless steel, the brass cage, and the stainless roller elements. Connecting the two rows of balls, the U-shaped cage significantly reduces the tendency towards cage creep. These NDN micro frictionless tables come preloaded with zero backlash, and they exhibit an extremely low displacement resistance. Available in a single-axis version, Type NDN comes in three sizes.

Type NK
Type NK frictionless tables, suitable for a variety of applications, come in a wide range of dimensions. These tables are available in a single-axis design and are offered in five sizes, constructed from either steel or cast iron, depending on the specific size. The design of Type NK frictionless tables features top and bottom parts of equal length, along with Type R longitudinal guideways, which are available in lengths ranging from 25 to 510 mm and strokes from 10 to 450 mm. Equipped with Type AC roller cages and Type GB end pieces, these tables are designed for both horizontal and vertical installations. The lower part of the table includes standard fastening holes, and the side opposite the assembly screws serves as the locating face. For limiting stroke, the standard version uses two screws on the top part and one screw on the bottom part.

MINISLIDE MSQ
The MINISLIDE series represents the latest in miniature slide technology, designed for highly demanding applications. These slides are distinguished by their durability, reliability, and long-lasting performance, achieved through smooth operation and precise movement. The MSQ models, feature an advanced cage assist system that prevents cage creep, enhancing process stability. The innovative system integrates a toothing mechanism directly into the carriage and rail, with both the cage and pinion crafted from premium plastic for durability.

MINISLIDE MS
MINISLIDE Types MS offer unparalleled performance in compact designs, leveraging the gothic arch profile of the MS tracks to support loads over ten times greater than traditional 90° V-profiles. As the embodiment of the latest generation in miniature slides, these products excel in demanding applications, characterized by their durability, precision, and longevity. Suitable for diverse environments, including high temperature and ultra-high vacuum, they feature high process reliability with integrated cage control and toothed racks for smooth, precise operation.
