We actively engage in university marketing. Visits from universities and universities of applied sciences are always welcome. We are also happy to offer students and graduates internships, placements, as well as topics and support for their bachelor's and master's theses.
New at SCHNEEBERGER
To ensure that new employees feel comfortable and integrated from the beginning, we carefully and proactively plan their onboarding. New team members receive a comprehensive introduction to our company and their role. A dedicated mentor ("Götti" or "Gotte") supports them throughout the entire onboarding process. In advance, we prepare a tailored onboarding program based on the specific position. In addition, all new hires participate in an introductory half-day session together with other newcomers. These measures ensure a successful start and a quick contribution to performance.
