We also work closely with SUVA, the daily sickness benefits insurer, the disability insurance (IV), and the reinsurer of the Employee Benefits Foundation to ensure the best possible care and support from day one.”
We as an employer
As a member of Swissmem, we are subject to the collective labor agreement of the mechanical, electrical, and metal industries. In addition, we have expanded our social benefits:
- Extended continued salary payments in case of illness or accident; the premium is covered by the employer
- Our own pension fund with benefits exceeding the mandatory level and solid risk coverage
- Free external social counseling
