Legal basis of processing
The processing of your data is carried out either in accordance with
- Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO to carry out pre-contractual measures (e.g. in the case of a concrete interest on your part in our services and products) or
- Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO as part of a balancing of interests, because we can assume that you are interested in being contacted by us for business purposes.
- In individual cases, processing may be based on your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) a and Art. DSGVO. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.
We store your contact data in our commercial systems. Likewise, a possible request from you will be stored until the purpose and legal basis cease to apply.
To which recipients is the data passed on?
In principle, your data will not be passed on to third parties, unless this would be necessary to fulfill your request within the framework of order processing according to Art. 28 DSGVO or on the basis of a legal obligation.
How long will the data be stored?
The data will be stored at least as long as it is necessary for the processing of your request or a possible contractual relationship. We generally assume an indefinite business relationship. Therefore, we only delete the data if you request us to do so - if legal obligations to retain data (e.g. from commercial or tax law) should conflict with this, the data will only be deleted after these periods have expired. If deletion is not possible in our systems, the data will be anonymized so that a personal reference can no longer be established.
